I am using a new router supplied by PlusNet a few weeks ago as they thought my previous Philips router was causing some of my problems.  I dont want to switch back to it as I suspect I've just started a new training period and that would only confuse the DSLAM.

Hi HughA,
Your upstream noise has increased over the past few days, I'd suggest leaving your line and see how it is in a few more days then we can either try and see if we can improve it as it is or cap your upstream if necessary.
