Uncap Upload Speed

Hiya,
Could you please uncap my upload speed. You did this once before on another line.
Ps. I'm also getting high latency/ping rates lately? Is there any reason for these spikes?

Is this on the same exchange? If not have you checked availability of higher speeds where you are now? On some exchanges faster upload costs an extra £7.83 per month.

Yes, it's on the same exchange as before. And there was no cost before it was a simple phone call?
