Unanswered ticket from Tuesday 4th Aug at 9.53pm

I posted a ticket on Tuesday "Change My Product | ID: 29583378" looking for an upgrade from dial up to broadband.  Its still awaiting a support team answer.  Any ideas what the problem could be.

No idea unless it went into the wrong pool as change my product is usually related to changing broadband products not moving from dialup.
If you give them a call on 0845 140 0200 or 0114 296 5198 it should be sorted PDQ
