All day I have been unable to log in to the Community site, error reads " No such user name" have used this user name since I first signed up with Plus Net 30th Aug 2008, not too long, have not changed, Caps keyboard ok. Help please Selkirk.
I log in by typing Selkirk + password, which is different for the community site, are you telling me the user name and password for the Forum can be used to check my account? Selkirk.
Sorry I am, have been to the Member Centre and signed on ok, it was in my book as Community centre. I have signed in there at 4.03. all right now. Selkirk.

Selkirk How are you? When you log on to the community site and this forum, you log in using your username Selkirk and the relevant password. When you log on to the Member Centre you need to use your Plusnet username and password which is different. The computer you have a problem with may have an incorrect password saved. At the login page retype your Plusnet username and password and see if you get in.
Looks like we crossed posted santiago. Plusnet have that many cookies on there site i think i deleted one that stopped me loging in one the desktop. Getting by just. will let you know later. Selkirk.
