Unable to log into portal.metronet

I am unable to log into the metronet portal site even though it confirmed I was using the correct username and password when I selected the password reminder.  Is there a general problem?  I'm not sure if it's wise to mention my username here rather than pm a PN rep.

Chris, is the user cant log onto the Metronet portal, how can they look at your P1 on the Metronet portal

Because you don't need to be logged in to see the problems on the portal
