Unable to get webpages / stream no connection

No connection available today have raised a ticket - anyone else having problems? It's strange like the broadband is active just won't download any content. Think there has been an issue but Plusnet says it was resolved yesterday.

https://community.plus.net/t5/Broadband/Poor-web-connectivity-this-morning/m-p/1462854#M316454 This has helped get webpages back, but connection speeds are still very slow 3mb on an 80mb connection.
