Unable to connect to VPN through Anyconnect client

Hi trying to connect to my company VPN servers using Anyconnect IPSEC client. Reviewed previous posts but they do not help. Can I discuss (PM) with somebody from plusnet as no support from phone? And before anybody asks don't work for Co-op....

I am trying to do the same and live chat analysts don't know anything about it or if it's supported and advised to post in here to get the answer.

I'm afraid we don't officially offer support with VPN I'm afraid, but I'm sure some of the very knowledgeable forum users will jump on this post and offer some assistance
