Hi, I'm unable to access my plusnet account as it does not recognise my password. I go through the steps to change my password, but then it does not recognise the new password. I am unable to currently use my plusnet broadband as I can't get into my account. Phoning plusnet just get's me directed to here. Very frustrating. I'm using my neighbours broadband at the minute but there are a few problems with it in terms of not being able to access my work remotely or my emails directly.
I know this is pretty insignificant in the current crisis, but it is impeding my ability to both work and stay connected. Thanks for any advise solving this.
