Unable to access Netflix, Zoopla, etc

Hi everyone!
I really appreciate your help!
I recently joined Plasnet and am able to get 10M connection on ADSL.
However, I can't access some pages including Netflix.com, zoopla.co.uk, Rightmove, Jazzfm.com, etc. They end up with timed out or never ending waiting response while I don't have any problem to see BBC, Youtube, Google.
BT whole sale test didn't back any error but good result of 10M download and 1M upload.
Please anyone tell me how I can resolve this strange issue.
Many thanks

Have you got a few web sites that do work?
Do other connections on your network (if you have any) work? Have you tried other browsers?

Vimeo, Youtube, Goolge, BBC, Amazon, Yahoo, Evernote, Spotify, Apple
NOT
Netflix.com, zoopla.co.uk, Rightmove, Jazzfm.com
These are which I noticed. There must be other...
I tried Chrome, Safari, Firefox but none of them can reach to sites above. Safari on iPhone neither. I also tried other filer and cable but didn't help.
Any advise?

Apologies, you had already stated some sites that work. I've not been able to find the problem for you, and so wanted to check what DNS you are using, and if you can get to any of the sites direct via their IP?

Re: Unable to access Netflix, Zoopla, etc

Actually, I've managed to solve this problem. I am using different router/modem and no problem to access sites.
Factory rest for Plusnet modem/router didn't help.
Now I am wondering if I can configure this further than advance option or repair/replace this?
Many thanks

If you wish, I'll send a replacement router and returns bag.
