USB to Ethernet NAS

Does anyone have experience of these? Its a NAS and print server. I am not interested in the print server bit:

Gets a lot of thumbs ups on Amazons. My experience with TP link is that the newer stuff is OK. I want to use it with an NTFS disk.

Not of that one, I use a similar device I got of ebay several years ago to share 2 hdd's & a printer (on ebay look for nas with snake os)
