I recently joined PlusNet and was informed yesterday that both my phone line and broadband had been activated. However when I plug a phone into the socket the line is dead (no dial tone) and obviously my Broadband doesn't work. The flat downstairs had PlusNet and they had a BT engineer come and sort their phone line out but I was informed that that wasn't necessary for me.
I can't get phone support as they say they are too busy!!!!
Can somebody please DM me to get this fixed ASAP as I need to work from home and having no internet means I cant. I'm currently using 4G on my mobile which I'll be charging back to PlusNet.
