hi all
a few days ago i took on the upgrade of 37 mb which now i see i just cant afford it
how to stop the order going through

You either need to ring in or use live chat to cancel it.

I'd recommend giving our customer options team a call on 0800 013 2632 as we may be able to do you a better deal.
Alternatively if you'd still like to cancel your upgrade, that team will be able to process this for you too.
