Morning all,
Just seen that UK Online are suffering from delays in the receipt of email to their customers (See it's not just us!). It seems that this has been happening for over a week according to the thread here.
Despite this their service status pages are green
Reason I'm letting people know is due to the fact that some customers have contacted us saying that email to UK Online accounts is not getting through. The headers once received by the UK Online customer also look like the delay was on our servers, when the problem actually lies with UK Online.
We do have an intermittent issue with outbound mail delays as per the thread here however the UK Online issue is worth bearing in mind as some of their customers have seen delays of over 48 hours!!

I wonder if this also means that Sky are experiencing the same problems (do they even offer email?).
Since it's the same company and they may share infrastructure.
Laughable that there is not even an acknowledgement on their Service Status page and it appears to have been going on for some time.
... and UK Online wanted to pitch themselves as a Business-class ISP!

Thank you PJ for the help. SKY is Moving my SKY Account to Sky Email and Tools powered by Google.

NTL Cable Modem since 2004.
The oldest Account that I have is with Force9 been with them since 3 July 1998.
