I am sorry to drag this topic out of the depths of 2012, however I feel it is still relevant.
I failed to receive a reply to my last message back in October. I provided Plusnet with all the information I could and still the issue has not been resolved.It is now the time of year again when this service is crucial to me and I see that nothing has changed unfortunately.
Have their been any developments on this?
