Just a quick update, broadband issue now fixed, Openreach fixed whatever was broken and speeds are a lot better,
Thank you for everyone's help.
My next issue is where is the compensation for having zero broadband for 8 weeks over the summer?
Like I previously stated I have only received less than £30 added to my account!
Do I need to go through the Ombudsman ?
I was told this would be sorted automatically, 30 days after fault was fixed (fixed very end of September) its now mid November
Do I need to contact someone at PlusNet if so who?
Any advise please?

In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
