Multiple IP addresses aren't available on Residential accounts as far as I know.  Even on a business account it's debatable whether this scenario would satisfy RIPE.
Can you run your remote access application on another port, or map it to a different port with a port forwarding rule?

This is what i was hoping i was able to do, however neither application allows me to change the port as far as i can see, i may just have to invest in some different software:)

It's possible for a router to forward a different port to port 80, so that the remote access server would be externally accessible on some other port, but still using port 80 internally.

Re: Two External IP adresses, is it possible?

As ejs said - on your router configure a port i.e. 8080 on the WAN address to point to 192.168.1.x port 80 on the device on your internal network.
Then you input your IP address from a remote computer i.e. www.yoursite.co.uk:8080 to access the device.

I think the maximum is 16, but you have to have good reason for needing them.
