Recently for some reason twitch.tv streams are buffering for me even though my broadband speed and ping is normal?

I have the same problem - download/upload seem to be ok, but cannot watch any streaming tv or even online radio.

Ive had lots of buffering problems when using either Firestick or Kindle, even on their own.
Laptop showing 117mbps but can't use WiFi on laptop when using Firestick or Kindle fire.
What am I paying for???

It seems fine now, no more buffering.
