Good Morning
Could someone help please. I have just moved to plusnet and so far i am happy apart from me or my daughter cannot watch twitch or utube as they keep freezing every couple of seconds this happens at any time of day.
My online gaming has no problems nor does my surfing the net. I am on the unlimited package.
I would be grateful iif someone showed me how i can make this problem better.
Thanks Darren

Can I suggest you perform a simple speed test?

Are you trying to use Twitch and Youtube over a wireless connection?

My Performance test result using hard wired is
Download speed 8.4
Upload speed 0.32
Latency 39.63ms
I am running over wireless for watching utube and twitch but I had no problems before with my previous isp.
Thanks

A suggestion - try running twitch or utube when wired
That will probably work
In which case the problem is down to the wireless signal from the Plusnet router assuming you are using one.
Do you still have the router you used with the previous ISP and is it locked to that ISP

One other thing to check too.
Log into Member's Centre
https://portal.plus.net/index_nlp.html
In left hand column, click on 'Connection Settings' under 'My Account'.
Now click on 'High Speed Broadband' icon.
See what is reported under 'Current Line Speed:'

Hi Darrenc123,
I've taken a look over your connection and can't see any obvious issues, are you able to try a wired connection to see if the problem still persists?
