Turn off Interleaving

Please turn off interleaving on my line as my router is showing zero FEC errors and the connection is pretty stable.

No problem. The order has been placed and interleaving should be removed from your line tomorrow. Please let us know if you have any problems after this and we can take a look to see what's going on.

Yep, interleaving is now off for your line. The order completed on Friday but on Saturday your line seemed to drop quite a few times:

Yes, I noticed that too. I got a service notice saying my service would transfer to the 21C Network on 22 Nov. Maybe the line drops were related to this event. The line is pretty stable now though.

That service notice can safely be ignored, that's just an acknowledgement of the order I placed.
