Having not had BTOR turn up on Friday to install FTTC, I have an appointment for this afternoon (1-6)
Is there any way of confirming that they will definitely be here?
I ask because I had a call from the BT 0800 number this morning, but I just got dial tone when I picked it up (after only 3 rings). I really don't want to have to wait in all afternoon to find they've had to cancel again.

Can I just say a huge thank-you to the support guys who have been battling against BTW for this order on my behalf.
And the responsiveness on this forum is something that I'm unaware of any other provider offering.
