Trouble seeing Google

Google is really intermittent today. Are they under attack, or is it my plusnet connection?

I'm getting intermittent 'laggy' connections to lots of sites at the moment - this may be related to the Ellacoya maintenance at http://status.plus.net
I've prodded some Plusnet chaps and they're investigating.

Try rebooting your router/modem and seeing if that makes a difference.  Seems like I may have picked up a default profile at some point during the maintenance and a reboot cured it for me

That was the first thing I tried... No luck.

I have the same problem, everything apart from any google site works fine.

It's happening on other ISP's too (Be to be specific, who are LLU) so it's not PN.

Might be fixed now!  I have no problems with google or any site that I find via google !

Gmail is still "unwell".

I've just been speaking to one of our network engineers about this and it appears that a number of ISPs are having the same issues.

Having problems with Google too. Also noticed this a few days ago. Browser almost freezes sometimes. Couldn't figure out what it was at first, but it does seem to be confined to Google.

Yup, some Googley goofyness here too.
B3ta works OK though, so having a break from working for a short while.
