Tried to raise a speeding ticket - but it failed

I tried to complain that my 5Mbps sync rate is very sluggish by attaching an image file.
I explained the situation, attached my attachment.
PN then blanked my text on  the spurious grounds that my file was too "long".
Notice that download speed = upload speed.
[edit] It works here!!!!!!! [\edit]

Re: Tried to raise a speeding ticket - but it failed

Hi Axofilevus,
It's not attached to the ticket because there's a space in the filename - if you remove that it should attach fine.
Hope that helps,

Thanks - I'll rename attachments in future.
AFAIK  a space is a valid character in all present day file systems?

Re: Tried to raise a speeding ticket - but it failed

Hi Levixofas,
Indeed, though our ticket system is not really a file system per se. It's an annoying workaround to be sure but it's better than not being able to upload attachments at all.
