Translation of BT Speedtester result.

Could someone in the know please elaborate on the attached pic? I fully understand it except for the three lines starting "The throughput of Best Efforts classes...etc " to "... the way your ISP has decided to use these traffic classes". In particular, what do the numbers 17.02:25.29:57.69 refer to?

I don't know about the numbers you mentioned, the important bits are...
DSL connection rate = sync speed
IP profile = IP profile
Download speed = throughput
