Translation help

Can anyone help me translate following into plain english ?

Summary :
Eu states in test socket with new microfilter when fault was raised on 20th. WP profile history shows around 300 before this and up to 1100 after. Removal of extension cable appears to have resolved issue. request monitor in test socket.

There are some graphs with it and such.
Background:
House has master socket in porch, had iPlate on it.
Extension was connected to that.
I had microfilter, phone and router connected on end of it.
When service started speed was unbearable plus it tended to lose it completely.
No youtube, porn, games online.
I got rid of whole lot, connected router to test socket, no change.
Raised ticket, now it works good enough.
BT ADSL checker says:

However here are some opening gambits.
Do you live 4 to 4.5 km from the exchange you are on?  This is what might be indicated here :Loop Loss:   43.2   63.5
Do you have any complete failures/dropouts - that is often ahown on the Graph PN post on your ticket?
Speed you are synced at seems to be lower than the low estimate    :  Speed:   512 Guess up  704 guess Down --- Estimate 1 to 3.5
They suggest it is working better than it was with the extension cable.
Can you post the graphs and also the stats of your router (what make and model)
Can you do a BTW speed test  and post the result ( connection should be by ethernet cable not wireless)

2.2 miles as crow flies, 2.9 on main roads
I am guessing that will by how cables can be traced

I had first when connected through extension, after I connected to master socket that improved, speed remained slow.
Here is the graph
My router is white with two pink feet, one I got thorough post recently.
I can look for router stats when I get back home, but couldn't find them before.
I did speedtests ookla and BT, came out 0.25-0.45 on extension with phone pluged in.
After raising a ticket went up to about 1.0 on master socket, without iPlate, no phone.
I know its not ultra fast, but about enough for e-mail and youtube.
Now the big question is - do I want to bother some poor bloke to mess about with cables or just accept that we live where road ends ?

Unfortunately the 63.5 number for the attenuation is just the maximum value that can be reported on ADSL1, so it's not that much use for estimating the line length or possible speed. The actual attenuation and line length could be greater.

A warm welcome to the forums.
1. Look here - http://www.kitz.co.uk/adsl/adslchecker.php - to find an estimate of your line length
2. If it is a PlusNet router, it will most likely be a TG582n or a 2704n - the links to the stats pages can be found below.  You will need your ROUTER user name and password.  For the moment we need to focus on SYNCH speed details
3. If PlusNet are offering an engineer visit, then accept it
The extension on which you were running things - was that a "standard" D-profile 'phone' extension cable or was it a properly wired extension socket from the back of the master socket faceplate?  Bog-standard 'phone' extension cables are far from ideal for connecting routers.
Is there noise on the line?  Dial 17070 option 2.
Also look at the speed issues link below.

I think Voyteck has been put on ADSL1 based on the "8M/Uncapped" at the start of this thread. In theory ADSL2 should be slightly better, in practice it may not make much difference.
I'm not sure what an engineer visit would achieve if the problem is solved by connecting to the test socket.

Agreed if the problem is resolved.  One assumes (yes it is risky) that if PlusNet are offering an engineer visit, then someone believes that there is a residual issue capable of improvement.  On that basis, I'd accept the offer of a visit.
Sight of the router stats and the information from the link I offered will tell us, how long the line is and how the line is presently performing.  With that information we can all make an informed view.
I agree that given that a 21CN service is available, using ADSL2 would be beneficial.  The 8dB SNRM rather suggests that the line could achieve more.

Update:
Had an engineer visit
He was local so knew everything about infrastructure etc
We live in a village that is connected to exchange in another village(that one has a castle on top of a hill)
On other side of motorway there is a town - 5-10 minute walk through park and overpass
They are connected to other exchange
They have fibre and 60 mbps just like that
We have exchange on a castle tower with folk using semaphore line apparently
As I am writing this I have 0.3 mbps download, 0.46 upload an 116 ms ping and this is normal in sunday evening peak times
I was raised in times when internet was just a bunch of whistles and cracks and 128kbps was something
I can remember dialing a number, opening browser, waiting for webpages to load, opening other ones and then disconnecting and reading it much like newspaper
Webpages then had mostly text, basic formatting and optimised graphics
Almost no ads, especially not bandwidth hungry ones
And there was a whole bunch of search engines and each one gave different results
Aah nostalgia
Back to that then
No youtube and mindless surfing

Ok but did the engineer do anything, say anything to give you any hope of an improvement.
