Thanks Gandalf! I was intending to ask you later this week whether there was any news.

I have noticed that there have been OR vans outside the exchange most days recently, so something looks to be happening.

Just to pop back on here to provide a conclusion to this thread.

The regrade to 21CN was successful a few days ago and @corringham is now getting a nice upstream speed (and downstream too).

I would like to publicly thank Gandalf for his help with this - he's had to go back and forth a few times to try to find out just what was happening (and when), and had to tweak a few setting to get it all as it should be. The end result is that my ADSL Max Premium account connection has been replaced by an ADSL2+ one, and I'm now syncing at 16Mbps down, 1.1Mbps up, with a 17ms latency, and I'm no longer paying for Max Premium so I'm saving money too 🙂
