Training Period

Hi,
Just changed from Value to Unlimited having been offered a good deal and told my line speeds would be improved. My 10 day training period has now ended and my line is now at least 1/2 meg slower . Can someone from Plusnet please give it a kick .
                    regards,
                          AMX

Whoever told you that is being 'a bit economical with the truth'. Changing product won't affect the line speed and doesn't cause a new 'training period'.
Judging by the stats you have a pretty long line and are not likely to get VERY much better speeds. Your noise margin is a tad high though, although that may be because the last resynch was at a 'bad' time of day and the margin has improved since then. You MIGHT get better results from an ADSL1 connection, with that line length, but your router(a 2700HGV aka Business hub from the stats) won't allow you to force ADSL1. It would need PN to reset to an ADSL1 connection.
