I know this has been asked many times but I have searched the database and can not get my head around the Traffic Management page.
I am on PlusNet Broadband Plus up to 8Mb
I am unsure about two things
Firstly Please what is my maximum usage peak time before I get restricted.
Secondly,  When in off peak time can you download as much as you want without getting restricted. ?

BB+ has a 4GB peak time limit (peak time is 4pm -> midnight) and a recommended 50GB off-peak usage.
