Traffic Management system (64987)- UPDATE

Really slow this morning, looked at status.
It says slowness will happen for those in Traffic Management.
As far as I know, I shouldn't have any restrictions.
I checked the slow speed help pages, and found BTs IP Profile of my line.

I have been having a problems with surfing the web this morning could not download a 8mg file this morning eta 2hours then it gave up downloading, SHMBO has told me she cannot get the BBC web page or amazon
Are their problems I am not aware off?

I have same problems random timeouts to all sorts of sites inc. bbc, amazon etc... and is twitter down and out?
I get the feeling something else is going on were not yet aware of...

HI guys,
many of these sites use content providers such as the ones listed here to for some of the content and images on their sites so this all stems from the same issue.

We're also having the same issues with the traffic management system yet as far as we're aware there is no reason at all for us to be affected by this. Bill isn't overdue, we haven't gone over our usage and we haven't disconnected at all. An acceptable explanation as to why we're affected by this would be appreciated.

I cannot even get service status page for plusnet  
I can see their some kind of problem but when I click on "?" for broadband it just sits their and does nothing

Yep having problems here too.
I cant get some plusnet pages either lol cant even check the service status page. I have re-started my router but only on the advice of plusnet this morning. I woke up to find ive been diverted to the splash page to say my bills overdue when its been paid by direct debit lol and when i logged into my account it said there are no invoices to be paid, did make me giggle tho! Thankfully they sorted that blip out and I at least have some limited connection, when i say limited I mean very limited but the speed is fine lol

My problems dont relate to that problem (Traffic Management)
SHMBO says she cannot daily mail Telegraph Met office BBC (not iplayer) even plusnet status page is down
but amazon is working very slowly hope she can get my xmas present?
My account is in off peak mode now 12am -4pm

Is this the reason why my usage hasn't reset?  I'm at the start of a new month and it's saying I'm on level 1 management still.

ok.. so I'm new to plusnet.. been with them for less than a week. I'm totally struggling trying to connect to Astraweb, its  timing out and only connecting to a couple of threads at 0.3k.. being with Plusnet for less than a week I obviously haven't hit any usage limits so if its a traffic management issue ,where they've been frozen to last nights settings, why is it affecting me?
