Blame BT?  They initiated the migration and did not complete it before the cease of the current service became effective?

In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links

BT  told me they have not touched the line and cannot touch it by law until an order is placed. Start date was 20th and indeed my line (with BT) is now live.
