Greetings. I'm here today because I'm frankly very confused. I signed up with Plusnet about two months ago, and my service still hasn't started. This is my member centre screen.
There was originally a date in the section "activating your line", but that's long since vanished. needless to say, I haven't recieved any e-mails or phone calls about the situation from Plusnet. Fair enough though, I haven't been charged any money (other than the initial fee) and the hardware is here ready to go, but I'm beyond confused and don't know who's fault it is.
