To plusnet staff..................please can i have a line reset

hi, i have had a lot of problems with my phone line for the past few months, it has now been fixed.

i use to get around 6 meg, but my speed has dropped to 4 meg, i notice my noise bargain has risen, could my line have a snr rest please, so it goes back to 6 DB, also could interleaving could be turned off, its now added tot he line.

Your line looks really stable so I've got no problems placing a reset. Give me 5 minutes and I'll do the SNR reset. Once that's completed and assuming the line stays stable, I'll place the order for to remove interleaving too. If we try to place both at once the order sometimes fails.

I'm just going to place the order to remove interleaving now too, this should complete overnight tonight.
