Tickets

I raised a ticket Saturday but unlike my previous provider Be there appears to be no way to view my ticket status? I've apparently got a fault on my line after my speed dropped and after reading about DLM it appears interleaving has kicked in. The person I spoke to has raised a ticket (number can be provided on request) to get it looked at (by a BT engineer I presume?). But what's annoying me is not just being unable to check the ticket status in the member area (that I can tell) but the fact that DLM can take ages to put your line back onto fastpath after the line is repaired without a BT engineer resetting it on the cabinet.
Anyhow. How do I keep active updates on my ticket status?

Re: Tickets

TY. It doesn't give me anything (no activity) but I have sent a query with the ticket number 71088603 so hopefully I will get some feedback.
