Hi I am experiencing speed problems and have an ongoing question via help and support, is this the same as what I used to know as a "ticket"? The reason I ask as I have received no communication from this question unless I ring the support number then things happen like tests and the latest was there is a fault and I have moved it to the correct pool. If the question is being dealt with as a "ticket" anyone know how long I should be patient for? Merry Xmas Spike
