Ticket system is only as good as the person who replies to it

I don't use the maaf  ticket system very often as I've never had a usefull reply from Durban CS.
I'll say no more but same again today  Sad
Could someone help with regard to Ticket ID: 32307823
It's about getting some info about line resyncs during the 10 day line retrain, which had to happen in order to get the noise margin reset.
