Would it be possible for one of the Plusnet reps to give ticket 115816489 a nudge for my mum please.
Despite it saying it might take 'up to 24 hours' on Monday night she's still to hear anything.
I'm not sure if it's disconnecting as much as it was now but her profile seems to be stuck at under half of the speed it used to be.
