Ticket No. 47836445 - "Returning to customer"

Hi any Plusnet staff,
Does this message in my ticket from a few days ago mean that it is about to be closed down by Plusnet?:-
" **internal**
Returning to customer."

I don't recall seeing an email confirmation of whatever it means.
I have just updated the ticket with some information & a couple of queries now that my FTTC Profile switched from 8c to 17a in the early hours of this morning.
FYI, Alex was dealing with this particular issue.

Yes, it looks like the ticket was updated when it was with Alex at 15:52 on the 24th, then it was passed to yourself. Sorry for any confusion.
I'll take a look at the ticket now for you and will give Alex a heads up.

Yes, that's all it says.
It is the latest Plusnet update in a very, very long low FTTC speed issue.

I returned the ticket back to you as I was of the impression we had reached an end point as I'd not heard back from you as normal.  I'll pick up the ticket today.  Smiley
