Ticket Closed Accidentally

Hi, I've managed to inadvertently close my ticket ( Question #75784265 ), with the assistance of the cat. I would be very grateful if someone could re-open it.

I don't think they can - you would need to start a new one referring back to the closed one

Was just about to advise the same, as the last action was us passing it back to you with an update if you can also add any relevant questions you might have  to the new ticket too please.
