Ticket 89647252

Please can a member of staff confirm that I have not been forgotten?
Notified of download/upload speeds of 0.2mB/01.mB on 7th August.
Five days later it was confirmed that engineer needed to visit.
Email from PN asking me to tell them the outcome of engineer visit
Email to say that case on hold till Friday afternoon pending engineer visit
Engineer failed to arrive on Wednesday,
Notified PN that engineer had not arrived and asked why PN had not contacted me
Email from PN to say case would be sorted Friday afternoon.

Since it is now late Friday afternoon I assume the engineers have left for the weekend and still my problems of tortoise speeds down/uploads and repeated disconnections remain.
It is a sobering thought that when I return to school and colleagues ask how I spent my summer, my response will be, 'Waiting for Plusnet'.
Ho hum.

Really sorry about the missed appointments and delay, our faults team are chasing this up and we'll see what's going on.

Many thanks for your response and offer to chase the delays. Hopefully something useful will happen on Monday.
Could you think about applying for the CEOs job please so customers will be listened to?
