Why should there be any charges re-instating the services when they were disconnected in error? PN should be taking a strong wile with BTw on this.

thnx for the help , need a bit more now though, the BT connected number i gave still has an active broadband signal on it , could we check if BT also moved plusnet equipment over please, I have all green lights on the router on that socket lol .

I'm not sure why, but your broadband with us will go active on the other line next Tuesday.

yes i know but the bt supplied line ending 013 has active adsl on it , i'm connected and synced. did bt move the broadband over when the line went over. its getting messy again lol. give me a call (mobile)
