Ticket #44577810

Hi,
I've reported an issue with my Fibre connection and the ticket says you're doing tests. Can someone update me as I've been without an internet connection since Friday.

It's with our suppliers now, I know someone did look at it yesterday - sorry that it wasn't updated. I'd imagine you'll hear about an engineer visit in the near future.
