I've major problel with broadband resilience for a week now and despite raising a ticket we are no further forward. Someone rang me on Thursday but did not stay on the line long enough for me to answer or for the answerphone to cut in, then updated the ticket to say there was no voicemail. I'm sure we can get somewhere if I can speak to somone from the technical side as it isnt a simple lack of signal. The signal is there, running around 35 Mbps but degrades down to 0 over time. I always check my WIFI connection at the same time as the BT Speedtest and in invariably runs at70Mbps or more so I can not see any point in unplugging my kit and hauling it down 3 flights of stairs to test something that is working. I had a similar problem in August/September last year which took over a month to resolve. I mentioned that ticket in my comments but no one has said they have or haven't ruled out the cause of the previous problem as having relevance to the current issue.
