Ticket #106874715 Update?

Morning
Any chance of an update to this ticket please? OR engineer attended on Wednesday and confirmed fault as an underground joint issue which he couldn't fix. No follow up from either Plusnet or OR so left in limbo.

From what I can see they've been out this morning and cleared it?

It appears that work was done externally whilst I was out Sat morning.
Whilst the connection does seem more stable it now seems to be capped at 8Mb rather than the 11 to 12 I had originally.
Could you check whether the line had been banded prior to the fix, and if so carry out an SNR reset for me please.
