Throughput does not match sync speed

Good evening,
My current sync speed is 17691kbps. My throughput is 12288kbps.
I make that 69.5% - shouldn't this be around 88%? Hoping to get throughput of around 15600kbps. I know there are factors that affect speed, but this discrepancy seems too large. It has been like this for a week or so, since my target SNR was reset - I was hoping something would automatically update, but it hasn't.
Could somebody please update my profile/current line speed, or otherwise figure out what's going on?

Also are your tests wired or wireless

My line speed has now updated. Not sure if there was any intervention or if it was automatic, but it's sorted.

Looks like it updated automatically at approx 21:40 on the 14th.
