Three days and no usage.....err!?

Friday, Saturday and Sunday show nil usage, but I know there should be some on all dates. Moreover on one date OH downloaded and saved some IPlayer  media.
So what's up/ Please!
No one has to agree with my opinion, but in the time I have left a miracle would be nice.

Hi lucerne,
It's been processing since early this morning so a lot of it should have caught up by now. If you disconnect then reconnect (shouldn't be any need to resync) does any usage show up? There might be some missing periods but the majority of usage should be on the way now if not done already.

Two tries, one wirh a long gap between disconect and connect, but there is no change.
No one has to agree with my opinion, but in the time I have left a miracle would be nice.

Ive had no usage for nearly a month but keep getting fobbed off linking to different problem records.
