Thomson TG585v8 Port Forwarding

Hi,
I have recently been given a Thomson TG585v8 router by Plusnet but have had no luck trying to forward the required ports to play on PSN and EA etc. I have followed tutorials at Portforward.com but nothing seems to work. I have also tried using the DMZ function on the router, that didn't work either.
What can I do to get my ports forwarded?

Hi,
Have you enabled Upnp? my TG585v8 works fine with PSN.

Sorry, PSN does work but I get strict NAT Type on Call of Duty Black Ops and I don't connect to anyone on FIFA11. According to the FIFA11 manual I need to forward a selection of ports, I tried forwarding the ports and it made no difference. I used 'canyouseeme.org' to test the ports and every single one was still closed.
