Two questions about the TG585v7 router.......
1. If the broadband light on the router is out (i.e. not lit and not flashing) what does that mean?
2. What is the likelihood of an REIN problem causing the broadband light to go out (not lit and not flashing) for ten minutes?

Hi MisteryT,
It's quite hard to say exactly what would cause it. I would check all your connections and cables.
To try and rule out REIN I would suggest unplugging as many electrical devices as you possibly can, to try and determine of that is the cause.
Have you tried an alternative router, so we can clarify if your one is working?
