Thomson TG585v7 - How can I change the DNS settings

Hi,
I have a Thomson TG585v7 router supplied by Plus.net. Is it possible to change the routers settings to point at openDNS?
I've looked at a saved user.ini backup file but I can't see anything obvious to change in there. Any thoughts or suggestions?
