I missed a direct debit payment because it was due to go out, just before I was paid. I'm trying to make it right by logging on to their site either at plus.net or plusnet.com, so I can either pay them, or tell them to take the Direct Debit again (would be much simpler!), but my browser says they refuse the connection! Other websites are usually accessible, but occasionally I get things like "failed.billing.plus.net refused to connect". Don't they want me to settle the account, or is this some weird mind-screw punishment? Come on, Plusnet, let me know what the heck you doing!
