The LCP is down.

Well it's that time of year again, the weather takes a turn for the worse and my internet connection starts dropping twice a day.
The question is do i have to go throught the hole process of battling with BT and customer service to get this sorted ? or just wait for the weather to get better !!!
This is the 3rd time in as many years the problem has appeared
I really dont fancy another battle.
Could somebody please advise what the best way is to get this problem resolved once and for all.

Re: The LCP is down.

Are you positive that it's the weather and not some other factor, such as extended periods with lights and heating? Does the connection improve if there is a dry spell during the winter?
