Text from Plusnet regarding broadband order.

Hi,
I have just received a text from Plusnet stating: "Your broadband order has successfully completed. If you want more information.....". However, as far as I am aware I have not made any changes to my account, and have certainly not placed any other order? My connection has been live since January 2014. Having logged into my account I can't see any anomalies.....
What is going on?

Ok so since receiving this message, my broadband speed has dropped from a steady and consistent 3.2mbp download (0.3 up) to a terrible 1.5mbp download (0.8 up). What is going on Plusnet?
